Some service crew is good and I still remember their name and they will tell you about your car need to do and some instances will happen in a future to your car if you do or don’t and answer your questions and they will tell you about your car need to do and some instances will happen in a future to your car if you do or don’t and answer your questions in honest way which I really like. You guys need more crew like that…I understand it’s business so you guys can make sales but honesty, care for customer car service and satisfaction is more important! Brought truck in for metal in oil, I literally confirmed myself that metal was in the oil. Dabbed the dipstick onto the washer bottle and put a magnet close and watched it pull metal from the oil. After 20 miles with fresh oil there is metal in it. The knocking that was faint is already getting louder. Top notch mechanics there. Yeah right -5 stars More
