The service was terrible. I never meet Oscar until I had to ask for the status of my car. There was no communication between Oscar and myself. We were disappointed by your salesman, David Luo. He has no knowledge about the car, rav4 Prime. He needs to educate himself about features of the car so that he can educate customers at least with He has no knowledge about the car, rav4 Prime. The only thing he knows is ‘you have to complete the paper work’! We asked him about can we buy additional tyre protection, he said he didn’t know. Refer us to talk to the Finance person. After I collected the car, I realized I was not given the receipt. David said he could not help us to get the receipt due to privacy rule!
