for the first time, we waited 5 hours. it’s because no one told us that our car was done. you used to call the customers telling that it’s finished and that we can go to the cashier to pay it’s because no one told us that our car was done. you used to call the customers telling that it’s finished and that we can go to the cashier to pay. this morning, we waited to be called only to find out that our invoice was sitting on the cashier counter without even telling us. WE ARE SO FRUSTRATED and when we asked the cashier, she just shrugged her shoulder and told us lazily “I don’t know” while biting a food and chewing. so unprofessional and poor customer service.
