The service manager was nice and understanding. However, their service reps are not fully trained and not thoroughly inspecting the vehicle when I brought it in for service. They wasted my time when something simple could’ve been fix if it was done properly at the beginning. Took them 3 hours to figure out that there was some plastic piece stuck on my door which were causing the popping noise whenever I opened my driver side door. More

Had a terrible experience this month. Brought my car in for routine service, oil change and tire rotation. After more than two hours I had to track down my service provider to get a sta Brought my car in for routine service, oil change and tire rotation. After more than two hours I had to track down my service provider to get a status. He finally showed me the multi point inspection results which found five critical items that needed repair right away. They also said my tires needed to be replaced, but gave no specifics. I declined any further work on my car and paid for my bill. Once I saw the bill, they DID NOT rotate the tires and never told me about this. My tires have plenty of tread life still remaining. I do not recommend taking a vehicle to them for service. More
