For the past ( almost) 6 years since we bought this vehicle from your dealership. Myself, witnessed various customer engagement from several advisors that worked with me on this vehicle. Some of them in the past are not mindful of customers satisfaction and “ once” waited for almost 5 hours for a tire change after convincing me that mime needs to have. The 2 hours promised became 5 and never met him after I complained at the cashier and the cashier was not even helpful but sympathetic to that advisor. I wrote them, but nobody responded on my issues. As time goes by, improvement and a better practice of showing anphoto or video of parts worn out that needs to be replaced and purchase is PLUS. Transparency, commitment and follow through was shown. Keep innovating. Thanks
