I told the front counter person they did I not perform the job it’s supposed to do. My car was there for 20k service. I was not Jose the service advisor. It was another person in the front end. Tap all fluids mean just washer fluid only . The coolant reservoir was not full to the top. Every time I go Sterling McCall Toyota service is too much drama. After they perform the service, I went back to double check myself and this person dare to question me instead resolve the problem. What a service! The car has manufactured warranty and extended warranty. I paid money for it and they performed a cheap service and complain! Still. All I can said to the service manager, next I visit the dealer for services, tell your employees do job you are supposed to do and I will review again if they perform a cheap service.
