I bought a van from Sterling mcCall Toyota 4 months ago. When I received my van, they only gave me one key and told me to wait for the 2nd key. I kept checking with my salesman. This review is related to the service of our first oil change for a car that was purchased from the dealership. The appointment process was great, you get contacted by personnel and they assist you wi change for a car that was purchased from the dealership. The first recommendation, knowing it is the first time going to get a car serviced there should be some directions as to where to go and what to do. In the back, where the service department is, there are two lines that form. One for general service without appointment (unknown if true) and express. Due to not knowing which to line up I lined up one and was then told to move to the other, once in the other line there is no guidance on what to do. Leave the car, stay in the car? Not sure. We frequently go to another Toyota dealership for service and their line is department is very streamlined. Finally get told I can go into the waiting room, and it is subpar if not a bit dirty and truthfully didn’t want to sit nor have my child sit. Aside from that, with appointment we were out within 56 minutes from actual appointment (arrived 5 mins early) to getting the keys. More
The service was terrible. I never meet Oscar until I had to ask for the status of my car. There was no communication between Oscar and myself.
