I just bought Toyota sienna 2013 from them. My van Ac was not working in 4 days of driving. I took back my van to the dealership. They found that their is no Freon. In order for them to fix/add My van Ac was not working in 4 days of driving. I took back my van to the dealership. They found that their is no Freon. In order for them to fix/add Freon I have to pay $210. On the top of that they was not sure weather it will still work or not. I called to spoke to manager Saleem, who supposed to me the manager of this location says ' I will call Gus Bauer, that he will take care of everything and you don't have to pay. I said okay, I also texted Gus three times he never reply to my text msg. I called and left msg he never replied. After several hours their service center person Jean called and said MR Saleem and GUS said that are not responsible for payment. I have to pay from my pocket. I was surprised how they can lie to customers. I bought 20,000 dollars of van and they can't give me service at all. On the top of that they lied, very unprofessional. I wanted to warn everyone, DO NOT GO TO this Houston location. They are very unprofessional. Once you buy car they do not know you at all. They make false promises. I told my all family members and friend not to go their at all. Especially do not buy any car from Gus Bauer. DO not buy even new car. They are rude, unprofessional and lie about everything. If anyone want to guy any car go to HONDA dealers, they are professional, and keep promises. Do not waste your time and money to Houston location Toyota McCall center.
