I had a horrible experience, this is my 3 rd car I was buying from Toyota always love the experience and good deal however it was not the case this time around. My finance person Mauricio lie. He told me his offer was the best which I only got one quote. I asked him should I wait for the next day when the banks will be opened he told me no because right now this is the best rate he has seen. I said should I go with my credit union he said they only financed used car not new and this car is considered new. He also told me he was getting few thing free so I go with the extended warranty but when I got home I was charger for it so somewhere before I sign he added it back in since everything is digital it was hard to see him doing on his end. I went up the next day before 9 am to see if I can do anything to change it the offer I was told since I signed there was nothing more I can do because I took the car home. There was no grace period. There should be a time period we are allowed if we feel we were cheated on a deal but it would literally my word against his. He lied to me all through my process. I asked who can I report him too so this doesn’t happened to anyone else. They told me Michael Gonzales I call and I left a message asking for him to call me back. I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. I never tried since it seem customer service is not important to this particular dealership. This is the Houston Southwest Location. Horrible experience. I can’t believe how I was treated because I have never experience this kind of service before from a Toyota dealership they always offer you various options with financing not just one. More

Unorganized. Had an appointment at 4:40 & I still had to wait 15 more minutes from the appointment time while everyone else got attended. Once I finally got attended the guy told me he would have my car out before 6 (closing time). 5:50 comes around & no update. I text & call no response went outside to see my car is ready so I go to the cashier to see if they had the paper work & keys. They inform me they didn’t have it to go & see if I can find the advisor once to get them. I head outside he is nowhere to be seen waited five more minutes until I saw him & ask him for the paperwork & he told me it wasn’t ready yet just to give him five more minutes ( recall this is over 6pm already) I go inside to wait 15 more minutes until he tells me it’s ready. Once I got into my car I see that they didn’t even put the sticker to know when to go back. Like I said at the beginning so unorganized so unprofessional as well. More
