I used to purchase all my Toyotas from Sterling McCall because of service provided after purchase. No longer is the service impeccable. They have eliminated the desk person that checks people out when you because of service provided after purchase. No longer is the service impeccable. They have eliminated the desk person that checks people out when your car is ready and you can’t get questions answered or check out when your car is done. Technicians walk past you and ignore you when trying to find out if car is ready. Come on Sterling McCall what happened? Your repeat customers aren’t valuable to you anymore? It’s obvious. More
