Promt, provided written estimate and provided information on service that could wait for 6-12 months. Also, provided what to look for if I needed to do maintenance sooner. AND, TAKES CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS W on service that could wait for 6-12 months. Also, provided what to look for if I needed to do maintenance sooner. AND, TAKES CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WITHOUT UPCHARGE. Had dealt with previous dealer for 20+ years, but started going to Sterling when MC began nonsense of tacking on an additional percentage if customer paid via credit card. Happy!!! More
I received a $25 coupon for oil change and this is the second time it has not been honored! The associate was rude and did not leave me her information.
