I wanted to share a recent experience I had at the car service center. Despite having an appointment, I had to wait a long time just to get started. And even after my car was ready, I had to wait an addit service center. Despite having an appointment, I had to wait a long time just to get started. And even after my car was ready, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the paperwork and for my name to be called. On top of that, they gave me the wrong sticker for the next mileage service. When I pointed that out, they replaced it with a new one but didn't stick it on the window themselves. Just wanted to let you know about this so you can be prepared if you ever have to visit them.
