This dealership can't be depended upon to THOROUGHLY inspect a used vehicle, esp with 100,000+ miles and multiple previous owners, before selling it to an elderly, disabled, fixed income woman......who inspect a used vehicle, esp with 100,000+ miles and multiple previous owners, before selling it to an elderly, disabled, fixed income woman......who was by herself LAST YEAR. NOW, THIS WOMAN.....ME.....WAS STUCK WITH A $600+ BILL FOR REAR BRAKES, ETC. YES, THE PREVIOUS OWNERS DID NOT GET THINGS CHECKED OUT OVER THE YEARS (2013-2023). BUT STERLING MCCALL CERTAINLY DID NOT HELP. THEY SHOULD HAVE SENT HIS CAR TO AUCTION. IT EVEN HAD BEEN DAMAGED!! I love the Service Dept. I have used them since 2017. More
