I found it very unprofessional to not honor your own promotions. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change that was 49.99 with a 10 percent off offer for afternoon service. My vehicle serviced done and move out to parking space 8:30 am . I waiting and check my vehicle every 10 minutes but no one touches and open door untill 9:50 am I walk to cashier and ask them and they tol 8:30 am .
