I’m thinking about never coming back. I came in for an oil change, and over 2 hours later I asked the cashier if my car was finished and she said yes. I was not notified when it was don I came in for an oil change, and over 2 hours later I asked the cashier if my car was finished and she said yes. I was not notified when it was done, and when I went out to get it, it took another 10 minutes for it to show up. So I was there for 2.5 hours to get a routine oil change. The communication was poor at best today. More

Went to see about a bad 2 month battery at parts. Was told I had to deal with service for warranty. I went to service and was told if I did not purchased there I had to have a receipt, I told him th Was told I had to deal with service for warranty. I went to service and was told if I did not purchased there I had to have a receipt, I told him the battery was installed by service department at another dealer and shows in the system. Said he could not help. I called the selling dealer next day and says that it is ridiculous that they should honor it as it is in the system. I chat with Sterling again. They said they would get back with me and nothing. Selling dealer told me ask for the manager but I think I will just take my business elsewhere. I have been a Toyota owner since 1986 and have 3 now. More
