Bought a battery from your dealer that should last for 84 months but went bad less than 3 years. I was charged pretty much same price as if I bought a new one for the replacement which should be honored as a months but went bad less than 3 years. Dealership made me switch from express line to regular line twice losing my spot 2 times on a Saturday. They gave me an appointment for 2 o’clock and when I got there they said they can’t fix the lights r line twice losing my spot 2 times on a Saturday. I moved from another part of town and came here for service. The summary of my visit can be summed up as complete hot garbage. The advisor never gave me any status updates, when I finally got a hold of service. The summary of my visit can be summed up as complete hot garbage. The advisor never gave me any status updates, when I finally got a hold of him, I had to remind him what I was getting done. I showed up 10 minutes before they closed because I never heard from him again. I did not get an inspection form and half of what I requested did not get completed. Stay away from these guys, they don’t know how to provide good customer service. More
