Hannah Duraso in service was the reason I chose this dealership. Sterling McCall was one of four Houston area Toyota dealerships I called to inquire about the work I needed done and to retrieve estima dealership. One dealer gave me what I considered a fair estimate on what I needed. Two dealerships never contacted me with their estimates; one I had spoken to by phone, and the other though their internet message service. All three of the other dealerships were closer to my home than Sterling McCall, including the dealer from whom I purchased my truck. Hannah, however, talked me through the estimates over the phone for the work I requested: a new timing belt and a new water pump. When I asked what other work should be done at this time, Hannah suggested new pulleys and cam seals, both of which I agreed to have done. We left that conversation as Hannah went to work up the estimate for that work we had discussed. She returned my call about and hour later with detailed and itemized estimates for each job we had discussed. Hannah was the single most important reason I chose Sterling McCall, Hannah’s interest in getting me the information I needed. Her information proved very reliable also. Her estimate for the work I requested was spot on; the amount I actually paid was only higher because I requested additional transmission service. I appreciate the link provided that allowed me access to the work being done, though it had no updates for the first two days other than Hannah receiving the vehicle. Hannah did however respond to all my inquiries very quickly and provided some information before I asked. Hannah and I had also previously discussed additional work that came up later in the technicians report, for which Hannah had also given estimates to me. I declined this work because. my son and I can perform it ourselves, but I very much appreciate Hannah’s help enabling me to make this decision. Should I ever need service on my Toyota again, I shall call Hannah at Sterling Mc Call first. But really, how likely is that? It is a 2005 Toyota Tundra that is only 19 years old and has travelled only 163,000 miles. Thank You. John D. Laurie Deer Park, Texas More
