Came to get 15000 mile maintenance on my Camry. Was told they would top off fluids, rotate tires and alignment. Was called shortly after dropping out off saying it was ready, which I found odd. Got there and when I got in my car, the low washer fluid notification was still on. I check the fluids, and nothing was done. Tires were still in the same position when I dropped it off. I purposely made sure the tire caps were different colors and I left one off. My rear passenger tire is different than the other 3. It was also in the same place so that means they were not rotated or aligned. Y'all are such xxxxing crooks and idiot even put a service sticker for my next oil change. Y'all didn't even change my oil! I just changed it 800 miles ago. That goes to show this place is full of frauds. How many people you do that too. The sticker for the oil change is hilarious! Stay away from this dealership. The one in Fort Bend did the same thing to me 2 years ago. More
Usually l get good service but this time l was very disappointed. I came for oil change had appointment when l finally get my car drove almost to my house, My husband pointed out the new sticker was no disappointed. I call customer service to let them knows. The guy that answered the phone was very very rude to me. I told him they forgot to put the sticker for my next oil change. He said that all you call instead of coming back for us to put it on? Before l could say anything he hanged up the phone on me. We were very upset. More

I had a 8:00 am appointment and they did not take care of my car until 8:45am the service was not that great. They took the cabin filter out and left the facing on the dashboard with everything else they too my car until 8:45am the service was not that great. Someone called me after leaving the dealership about purchasing my car. For 21000 dollars. That was for the benefit. I had an early appointment because I needed to go to work. More
