Very dismissive and condescending. I'm very disappointed in your customer service after the car is purchased. Jose P sent me a text stating my repairs were completed and they were not. I will as so upset I was in tears no one careo my window needed tint on the passenger window which I had to fight for, and the tint does not match the other windows I will Never return for any type of service at your location again all the men that worked there are staring at the female like dinner as they walk by. I had time to notice employees just standing around not helping customers just lusting over for female workers as they walk by I was so offended. I was not given a breakdown of the repairs. The service assistant manager Guillermo response was the insurance needed to be contacted my brand new car was treated like a piece of crap and so was I. This was very stressful I left work early dropped off my rental caught a Lyft only to be treated like my car didn’t matter. This is not a free service I paid for my car and insurance paid for the repairs. I had my tires replaced with locks never given the key for the tires. Horrible experience! More

There was a RCTA malfunction error on my Camry. I visited the Service Center, waited there from 9:20 to 4:00. They charged me over 1800$ for service, but still the alert is on. As it was Saturday, I visited the Service Center, waited there from 9:20 to 4:00. They charged me over 1800$ for service, but still the alert is on. As it was Saturday, the representative was disappeared as soon as the valet delivered the car. I could find the manager after a lot of ups and downs and he told to call back on Monday. They are going to order a left mirror and I should spend over 600$ more to fix the issue. More
