I was told the service would be completed in 1 hour and I would get a call so I was waiting in the lobby. I didn’t receive any call so I went outside to ask the person who served me for an update. I was told to wait a bit more and I he would call me. I went again after an hour and same thing. I had to tell him to get my car and I will have to leave immediately. He then went to the front desk and got me a paper to sign from the lady that works in the front desk. No apology or showed any sympathy for the extra two hours wasted waiting for a completed service. Unacceptable!
