I trust Toyota quality but this dealership and service is way below it. I think it’s too big and total quality management is out of control, everything is just random. I was also falsified by the finance people when I was buying the car: they sold me multiple extended warranties but when I needed it some of those didn’t actually work. For example, I was sold a warranty for my windshield damage and I paid around 2 thousand dollars. Once i took the car to the service when there was a crack, it turned out the small prints was saying that the crack should be less than 6 inches for them to pay, it was ridiculous. I went to finance department and expressed my frustration, the guy silenced me promising he will take care of it,he gave me his business card, then nothing happened, after a while I called him but never reached him again, I’m not even sure if he still works there or not, I gave up and took care of my by myself. Other issues is my extended warrantee for my tires and periodic service. I always had some issues with them. Actually, took my car there again for a flat tire, I was told that the sizes of my tires are not the same. I told them that they were the only one who touched my car’s tires and they have all the documents because they were changing it with the warranty, they couldn’t still explain why my tires were in different sizes and they didn’t even bother taking my complaints seriously even though it puts my car in an unsafe condition. Anyways, I recommend please go somewhere else smaller with a better managed dealer and service if you have a chance. More
Told them to look at my cruise control. They charged me $200 without fixing it. That’s a serious ripoff!! Been going to this dealership for years & they’re remodeling right now. I brought my car in for 20K mi service (oil change and tire rotation) and an emissions test required by my county. I cannot renew my registration without an emissions test. I was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half for all of it to be done. After 2.5 hours, I thought I heard my name being called. I went up to the service rep and he said no he was calling someone else. I asked if he could check on the status of my car since it had been much longer than I was told. He looked it up on a computer and said I think it’s done, let me find your service tech. We went out to find him, but he was no where to be found. So he referred me to another tech. He asked me to wait while he finished up something on the computer. He then looked up my vehicle and said it looks like it’s done but I don’t know where your paperwork is. Still no sign of my tech. So the second tech walked me to the register to see if they had my paperwork. They did. I never received a call or text to alert me that my car was ready! I paid for the emissions test (service is covered) and then had to wait for my car to be pulled around. (This was a long process because this dealership is currently under construction and the service department is operating under a tent. It’s a complete mess) So the next day, I go online to renew my registration and there is no record of my emissions test. The county will not let me renew my car’s registration! I called the dealership to ask for the hard copy of the test and they said it should be in my car. I did not receive one. They did not do the inspection!!!! He told me I have to come back so they will do the inspection. I have to take more time from another day to have them do the job they were supposed to do and that I paid for!!!! Ridiculous! And this is not the first time I’ve received terrible service. I will not be back to this dealership for service. They are incompetent! More
