I brought car in May for issue with faulty coil. Fortbend Toyota dealership told me replace one coil only to get replaced and I got it done. Within 2 months, same faulty issue popped up again. So, Fortbend Toyota dealership told me replace one coil only to get replaced and I got it done. Within 2 months, same faulty issue popped up again. So, I had to come back again. Service rep told me that dealership should have replaced 4 coils, instead of one only. I was getting charged for labor, which waived after talking the service manager. However, the didn’t check the car properly, as I am finding the persisting issue with the car, now it’s not picking up the speed. Due to lack of due diligence, I lost one working day and now I have to go back again to fix the car. This is extremely frustrating! More

Toyota service is the worst, I schedule an appointment at 8:30 to just get my state inspection and get a tire change. And, they ended up taking more than 2 hrs to do the service. I left at 11:22. I tried to deal with Sterling McCall Fort Bend Toyota and for some reason they think all negotiations need to be via your phone text and something called acceleride. The accelelride links never worked and it for some reason they think all negotiations need to be via your phone text and something called acceleride. Acceleride is some technological feature a millennial or X,Y z developed to solve a non existent problem. I finally got a buyers sheets and wanted to eliminate some of the ridiculous dealer add-ons but they quit talking to me and finally a couple of days later they told me they cannot take off their dealer adds but that they passed on my thoughts to their management. no negotiation and no telling me why or what is going on. More
