Frist time enjoying buying a new vehicle. I walked in and met Sunday Odeleke. my Salesperson. He introduced himself and we began the buying process. I did most of the talking and Sunday did most of the listening. He answered every question. Most salesperson will answer but all of Sunday answers were honest and correct. Later during the sale, during the paperwork reviewing, the reviewing was exactly what I discussed when we first started the process. I looked at it and was amazed. What he showed me was exactly what I said during our conversation with Sunday is a proper sales person. Next was the sales manager Martin. I was surprised that Martin knew what I discussed with Sunday. No surprises during the final parts of the sale. I left with my new Tundra and amazed with my buying experience. That was the 12th new vehicle I purchased. I never drove away from a dealership feeling good after the process. My thanks to Sunday and Martin for this very good experience. Thank you. John More
I went there to buy the 2013 hyundai santa fe on 3/31. Marco Ledesma did not tell me that the car was not certified and i am buying an as is car. Three weeks later, this car has a major oil leak. I spoke with Marco on the phone and he told me it is an old car and the dealership only certified Toyota cars. Basically, he told me to deal with it because they already have my money. Scam tactic from the dealership. I will not support this dealership from now on. After two weeks, I never received a phone call from the internet manager that were supposed to call me back. Also, i reached out and spoke with the service manager and they agreed to fix my oil leak issue free of charge. Apparently, i have an oil leak coming from the valve cover. The dealership only changed the valve cover gasket and the oil leak persisted. I contacted them again and the person that handled my service just told me "oh it's just some oil residue from the previous oil leak, they will clean it up for me". They even told me they already checked before they handed me the key for the second time!!! Guess what? The issue was still there. I don't know what they were checking, but it's definitely not the issue because as soon as i left the dealership, it started leaking oil again. I went to two different mechanic shops and both told me that the issue is with the valve cover not the valve cover gasket. I wasted my time and money for pretty much nothing. More

every time I take my car in for oil change, there's oil and black marks all over the hood and sometimes inside the car on the steering wheel and handrest. I bought brand new Corolla Cross 2023 last Friday, 1/20/2023. at finance dept, Steve and Donny alternately ambush me trying to sell Extra Protection Plan which I repeatedly turn down for hours. I was tired and just want to get out of there for whatever reason i succumb at the end.That weekend I was miserable so I decided to go back early Monday morning to cancel Extra protection plan. Donny was mean and rude didn't want to help so I went to O'NEAL, who was was irritated and show me one time how to cancel one thru my cell phone and he told me to get out of his office and find a table outside for he has another customer to talk to. Am I not a customer too? Frankly speaking I don't know how to do it. Finally, Trae came and brought me to Shariff to do it for me. By that time I was allready very upset. I decided to come back and see Martin Morcho in the afternoon and voice my concern. He order Trae to redo my paper work and upate. This actually is a simple problem if only people involve did their job. Upsetting a customer is never acceptable. Buying a new car is supposed to be happy occasion not traumatic one. I hope with this letter Fort Bend Dealership can improve their services so as not to repeat this incident. Martin Morcho, I hope you address this issue to people involve and do something about it. They didn't care we were lied to and still wanted the sell. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE More
Worst possible dealership in the area. Don’t trust them. We sign put deposit and wait for a month or more but when my son and I went to pay for the car they kept add things on our agreement and when I asked, we already sign for the car with this price why you kept make it higher, the salesman said yes, you’re right but my manger asked. Anyway, my son needed a car we were waiting a month also on the day we were there for purchase we spend almost whole day I believe it was their trick to make person tired and exhausted than we said whatever let finished. They sold it to us over 35.000. Please DO NOT TRUST THEM CHOOSE ANOTHER DEALERSHEP. More
Went in for 10k service and it was a very positive experience! Isaiah was helpful in keeping me apprised of work being done. The turnaround time was maybe an hour and a half.
