True Nguyen, the service advisor at the Sterling McCall Toyota Fort Bend kept me updated at every findings on my truck so that I am not in the dark. I also have a different Sterling McCall Toyota closer to Toyota Fort Bend kept me updated at every findings on my truck so that I am not in the dark. I also have a different Sterling McCall Toyota closer to my home but I like it better at the Fort Bend location in Richmond and I have been bringing all our vehicles there. My truck had an issue not being able to turn over and True Nguyen and his team traced everything down to the detailed level to make sure only the parts needed to be replaced is replaced. I really appreciate this kind of practice. They were also able to work with my extended warranty service and were able to get a portion of the repair covered. I don't think I can have this level of excellent service if I had brought my truck to a mom-and-pop shop. I'm glad that I made the right decision to go to Sterling McCall Toyota Fort Bend. More
