The service experience today was horrible. I have been coming here for year and this was the worst ever. I was at the dealership for 3 hours for a simple 30000 mile service on my Platinum High I have been coming here for year and this was the worst ever. The first service advisor left and I got a new guy handing my service who knew nothing about what we had discussed about my car. No one apologized for the length of time I was there. To top things off. they could not find my keys so it 20 minutes to get my car. More
