The service experience today was horrible. I have been coming here for year and this was the worst ever. I was at the dealership for 3 hours for a simple 30000 mile service on my Platinum High I have been coming here for year and this was the worst ever. I was at the dealership for 3 hours for a simple 30000 mile service on my Platinum Highlander. No one came to let me know anything about what was going on or how long it would take. The first service advisor left and I got a new guy handing my service who knew nothing about what we had discussed about my car. No one apologized for the length of time I was there. To top things off. they could not find my keys so it 20 minutes to get my car. More

The service is exceptional at Toyota Fort Bend. It was the first time I scheduled my car maintenance here and they handled it pretty well. We are very pleased with how friendly and professional the various members of your staff have treated us, especially Rob White (aka "Rollin with Rob"). Rob is someone who believes in the products and ser the various members of your staff have treated us, especially Rob White (aka "Rollin with Rob"). Rob is someone who believes in the products and services that your dealership has to offer and is not afraid to sell it. We do know that being a good salesperson goes far beyond just making sales and he has proven that to us. This is the very first time that we were able to close a deal on any vehicle and leave within 4 hours of arriving and given two sets of keys at that. My wife and I are thankful how the entire transaction was handled and will be letting everyone who inquires about our beautiful new 2025 Highlander XLE to go see Rob - aka "Rollin with Rob!" More
