Super sad to report when I collected my car, I noticed: my center console had been rummaged through (but don’t think anything taken), but ALL my tissues taken from visor pack, and my Texas tow hitch plug was missing. This time my car was serviced quite fast compared to the last when I had to wait for 8 hours. Interestingly, I also received an offer to sell my car while I was there. Do not take your vehicle to sterling toyota as I purchased my 2021 Tundra at Denton Toyota and I purchased an extended wrap around warranty that should cover everything to either 7 years or 75,000 m purchased my 2021 Tundra at Denton Toyota and I purchased an extended wrap around warranty that should cover everything to either 7 years or 75,000 miles and only have 27,000 miles on my truck. I brought to Sterling for the recommended service before we move to Hilton Head SC as well as getting the centered console door replaced that should be covered under this extended warranty ( as it was already replaced once under warranty by Denton Toyota ) these folks said my warranty does not cover service or the Console and charged me $368 for the service to change oil and brake fluid and quoted me $704 for the xxxx cheap console door! I’m in the customer service industry and this is just unacceptable Bate and Switch tactics by a Toyota dealer who should have honored this Toyota corporate Warranty that I was told would be honored by every US Toyota dealer!!
