I had an 7am appointment and My service guy was running late. My tires had a white residue that was not wiped off. Lucky I saw it before I drove off the lot. My 2023 Toyota Corolla engine flooded during hurricane Beryl and my engine had to be replaced. Gus the service manager found a new engine with 4,000 miles. I realize the as is is as. But to deceive with out giving the customer the information to make an informed decision in my opinion is deceptive. Phone calls are useless because even after following the phone prompt you’re not connected to the person you need to talk you. Returned phone calls are not the norm. More
