I took my recently bought 2017 Tacoma to Sterling McCall Toyota Fort Bend for a diagnostic report. Service supervisor Jilani Tariq recommended the following replacements: Fuel Induction Service $169.95, Cab Toyota Fort Bend for a diagnostic report. Service supervisor Jilani Tariq recommended the following replacements: Fuel Induction Service $169.95, Cabin Air Filter $59.95, Complete Brake Fluid $159.95, Synthetic Oil & Filter Change $26.96, Rear Differential Service $149.95, and Engine Air Filter $39.95. The total came to $606.71, which I paid in full. When I received my Truck the following week, I noticed fluid leaking from the back of it all through my driveway. I immediately called Supervisor Jilani Tariq to report the issue, as there were no leaks prior to his team's service work. Jilani sent a tow truck, and my Tacoma was returned to their service center. He informed me that his tech didn't close the valve properly. When I got there to pick up my Truck it took a very long time just to bring it to me. The next day, my battery was dead. There was no mention of battery issues via diagnostics. Extremely horrible service center! More
