It is not discrimination to refuse to accept a credit card if disputed by a customer in advance. A headlamp bulb is located in the front side of the radiator support and the waterpump is located behind. I did not see any where that customer mentions that he was given the information that Toyota is now offering to reimburse customer if their waterpump has failed. Toyota did this because a problem was found due to a seal leaking.Which furthers points out that when you replace a headlight bulb it does not effect the waterpump.
