The last time I heard from Fort Bend Toyota about my complaint was their Insurance Company will investigate and call us. Its been more than a month that this incident happened but until now we haven't heard or got a call from them. We have no information of the investigation or something. It is still unresolved until now. If they do really care about customer service or take every complaint seriously, they could have at least contacted us and got this matter solved already.
