I live in the state of Florida, and when I come to visit my daughter each year I always go to Sterling McCall auto dealer for a yearly physical on my car as I travel a lot. In regards to the service department, it was unacceptable. I went in there for a simple oil change, wiper blade replacement, and a bumper recall to be fixed. After an hour , I see that my vehicl unacceptable. I went in there for a simple oil change, wiper blade replacement, and a bumper recall to be fixed. After an hour , I see that my vehicle comes out and is parked. I waited for a call/text to tell me work is completed but no one contacted me. After another 2 hrs and request if my car is done, they finally get the “paperwork” done on my service. I lost respect in coming back to this place for service and future purchases. More
