I slightly hit roadside guardrail and the steering wheel was off-center, dropped off my car for repair in the morning. the service lady said alignment would fix the problem. no one contacted me the whole d was off-center, dropped off my car for repair in the morning. the service lady said alignment would fix the problem. no one contacted me the whole day so i went in the afternoon, the service guy said alignment was done and struts bent, suggest for replace. he charged me the service for alignment then i figured out the steering wheel was still not straight. then they said the steering wheel cannot be adjusted because of blabla. I was not satisfied but they refuse to refund or discount, the manager said sorry for miscommunication but nothing they can do about it. More
