Quick, clean and organize service, however I did run into a few issues. 1. I was not contacted when my vehicle was ready. 2. My Lexus certified vehicle that I recently purchased was scheduled for a software a few issues. 1. I was not contacted when my vehicle was ready. 2. My Lexus certified vehicle that I recently purchased was scheduled for a software update but I was suggested by the service representative that the vehicle needed a service since it is at 30k miles. Keep in mind 4/4 was the vehicles last service before the car was purchased on 4/9, tried to explain to my service advisor and he brushed it off. Hopefully this doesn’t become an issue in the future by using my free services that was given to us after buying our Lexus certified vehicle. More
