Not recommended for Service. Some wear Badges and others don’t. The building is remarkably clean and comfortable with a comfortable quiet environment located in the center. Thank you for cleanliness. They also have a very clean and nice Coffee/ Tea and water area with great FREE SNACKS AND DRINKS. Outstanding. However, we visited this dealership SERVICE department for the 50000 mile service on our Lexus vehicle. The Service Advisor was very friendly and helpful by offering us a free loaner vehicle , because the visit took longer than expected. We were held up because of lack of communication by the Service Advisor with the Warranty Company who was actually Lexus itself. I had to initiate the call with the Warranty company to get the ball rolling. When I called the warranty company, the female Service Advisor then called the warranty company too. ?? Shameful service.. But the next day we picked up our vehicle and drove home to allow my husband CHECK OUT THE OIL, and discovered that it was very dirty as well as the filters. The tires were rotated. The cabin Air Filter had no appearance of being clean and had lots of dust on it. Shameful. The service technician initials are: CLM Before I left to pick up my car, I tried: Calling my Service Advisor by: 1. Phone at least twice. 2. Text messages 3. Email s There was no response! Later on the other technicians said that she had an emergency issue and she had to go home. Others said that she had not come in to work. Nobody was answering her calls. Equals lack of communication between her coworkers and customers. More
