Putting people on a tow truck is not a good experience for customers. After a Sunday night tow, I was left with a strained back and shoulder pain, sore knees.From 7:30 pm til 11:40 PMwas the worst I’ve ev for customers. After a Sunday night tow, I was left with a strained back and shoulder pain, sore knees.From 7:30 pm til 11:40 PMwas the worst I’ve ever experience ever. The tow truck driver was asleep on Garrison road. I had to beat the door to wake him up to get my car towed. Got a text the the tow truck driver was moments away at 8:30 pm. He showed up at 10:35 pm and was asleep when I had to walk on a dark street to wake him up. He was weaving on hey. 59/69. I asked if he was okay, and he said he was fine. I felt my life was in danger.. Amador towing is not safe for the cars as well as the car owner. But, thank God for Justin Page. His calmness and patience help me somewhat. I got no sleep on Sunday night.. That joker on that tow truck is dangerous. Thanks to Justin Page for calming me down and assuring me he would take care of my car. As soon as possible. I could not walk, to drive my courtesy car back to the dearlyship the day it was ready. Maybe that’s a better transportation for y’all, but it’s not for your customers on a tow truck. I’m 75 years old and that’s not good for my body.. More
