I went to Sterling McCall Lexus for service after my original dealer told me they were booked. I was able to get a next day appointment, and I was beyond impressed. My check engine light came on, and I was in a panic. I was scheduled to be helped by Jeff, and he totally set my mind at ease. All of my questions were answered over the phone, and when I came for my appointment, I was greeted with a smile by every employee I encountered. When I met Jeff, I was a nervous wreck. His calm and welcoming demeanor made me feel completely at ease. Jeff assured me they would find the problem and that I’d be all taken care of. After diagnostics, Jeff came and told me the problem with my options. He was very clear and transparent throughout the process. I had to bring my vehicle back the next day for personal reasons, but I was once again greeted with smiling faces from the team. Jeff made sure to keep me informed throughout the process by calling and texting me every next step. There was no guesswork for me. He even called to let me know my part arrived on-time so I could be present for my second appointment. Even the staff taking care of customers in the waiting lounge was excellent and extremely helpful. I was very nervous about going to a different dealership, but the team at Sterling McCall Lexus showed me there was no need to fear. In this time where quality service is fleeting, this team stood out. I was even given recommendations on how to keep my Lexus in the best shape with the services offered there, without feeling pressure to complete them now. I have a very busy schedule, but I now know I can get my Lexus needs completed in a timely manner and in a friendly fashion at Sterling McCall Lexus. I am very grateful for the experience I had, and I know where my next purchase will be made when I’m ready for an upgrade. Thank you all so very much for turning my woe into a whoa! More
