The dealer I bought my car from was a man named Dan. He was such an amazing salesman and helped my family with our purchase so much. Randy Lemp our service advisor carried this entire experience. His communication was next level leaving no room for misunderstanding and we received the vehicle back in better shape than we brought it experience. But 2 things I would improve. 1.-The woman stationed at the rental booth was not very personable and took personal calls through an ear piece while assisting us. And 2.-It would’ve been a nice touch if the technician would’ve reset the analog clock after the service. Overall a great experience. More

Sterling mcCall has listened to customers concerning customer service. There are still challenges concerning process and ease of operation but I have a service person I am happy with. The folks answering phone calls for scheduling service need more training. I could easily tell some were answering calls from home. I was hung up on.
