I recently purchased a car from Lexus Sterling McCall in Southwest Freeway (77074 Houston), and I had a good experience working with the sales person Danh who was willing to negotiate the price that I wante Southwest Freeway (77074 Houston), and I had a good experience working with the sales person Danh who was willing to negotiate the price that I wanted for the car. However, when the finance manager, Cedric, whom initially seemed honest and trustworthy, dishonestly included an add-on to the price we agreed upon. After almost 7+ hours of talking and negotiating, I made the mistake of not looking at the itemized sheet one-by-one. I found out the day after when I  when I read my contract paper, there was a big difference in price of which we agreed upon. He was not honest, and I was screwed by this finance manager. More
