Service Advisors are great but the intake system needs to be worked out. The porters are not communicative at all and made me feel as if I had done something wrong. I pulled my car up to the service area, right behind another guest, turned it off, and got out to get in line. 5 minutes passed, no one came and even looked me in the eye, much less said Hello or acknowledged my existence. After a few more minutes, a person with an iPad walked up, asked for my name and time of appointment, typed something in, got a placard of some sort, stuck it on my car, then proceeded to vanish without any further instruction. I figured that that's not my assigned service advisor so I waited next to my car. Only for the porter to rudely tell me to pull up all the way to the front (by this time, all the guests in front of me had been serviced already) so I proceeded to do so. I then turn off the car, got out, and waited again. A different porter walked right past me, got into my car, then tried to start it, but couldn't since I had the key. The porter, also rudely stated to me "Sir, you HAVE to leave your key in the car". How was I supposed to know this? Nobody told me anything or what to do. Another porter then approached and asked if I had been helped yet. I have not. Then they both disappeared and FINALLY got a service advisor (Mylinh), albeit not the one assigned to me. Only then was communication clear and I finally got instruction. She was very understanding and apologetic and tried to get me taken care of. The service advisor I was assigned to (Kevin B) is good at communications but I would have liked a loaner car due to me having an appointment that I had to make. He said via text message that he can get me a loaner car, only to find out that they are about 20 cars short at the moment. I asked if there was anything they can do for me, but alas, I took an Uber to and from at my own expense. Not a big deal since I had planned for this but I would have liked to have a loaner car. I finally met Kevin B during pickup of my vehicle, which was pleasant and good. Stated that he was going to address my concern with the porters. Clear explanation of my invoice and the SOW that was done. Furthermore, seems like what happened in the system is also incorrect. This survey mentioned a Ray Villareal, which I do not know who that person is or worked with. This further proves my point that something in the communications chain got dropped. tl;dr Service Advisors are amazing, if you can get ahold of one. Porters are very bad. More
