The service shop takes entirely too long. I was there for three hours today. I waited until the end of my maintenance service for them to finally give me a quote on my mirror repair. If they had given me that quote at the beginning I could have left in a loaner and had them do everything at once. Now I have to go back. They have too many customers scheduled because it takes too long. Sales is absolutely horrible. We begged for months to get options as our lease is coming to an end. David would never respond to our emails or call us back. We finally went to another dealership. Westside Lexus. I won’t be back to Sterling McCall. We have been customers for years and it’s been awful since day one with Corday. More
I had to take my wife’s car for service. When I made the appointment, I requested a loaner car as I had some errands to run. When I arrived, I was greeted and checked in. The service advisor confirmed the reason for my visit took me to her a loaner car. The loaner car process was quick and I was able to get out quickly. I was able to run errands while the car was being serviced. Matthew Torres (service advisor) was easy to reach for questions and responsive. I appreciate the amazing customer service. More

Had a Saturday apt. . Service lines were packed but very well managed. Kevin quickly offered me a complimentary loaner car and told me I could keep it for the weekend . It was very nice that I didn't have to wait. My car was washed and waiting for me Monday. Only complaint is that I never got any update or status calls my service rep. I had to call a couple times late Monday to confirm my car was ready. More
