I’ve purchased my last three vehicles from Lexus Southwest, and that says a lot about the overall experience here. I’ve been working with service advisor Jose Gutierrez for the past few years, and I really appreciate his professionalism, friendliness, and the way he takes the time to fully understand my concerns and make sure everything is handled properly. I read all of the high reviews, and decided to try this place for a service. I moved here recently and needed a service for my car. I was really disappointed. While the staff was nice, I received a minute- place for a service. I moved here recently and needed a service for my car. I was really disappointed. While the staff was nice, I received a minute-long video about my car, and the technician stated that two things had to be changed today. Then I received 6 other items for an estimated total of over $3k. While some of these were “caution” I went and called my former dealership where I moved from. We went through the list together and they informed me that the items listed were for 60k miles and I was at 46k. Nobody called or went through the report from Southwest, so I would have no idea if my former dealership hadn’t informed me. As a female, it’s very easy to become a mark with cars.. this is one of those times. Also, one item on the list, I was told that Lexus believes it’s a lifetime, so it wouldn’t be necessary. Super interesting. As my first experience, I won’t be back. I realize that service centers get busy, but to leave over $3k there and a technician saying things had to be done today.. More
Service Advisor (Ashley) is very professional and knowledgeable. She is helpful arranging appointments, securing a loaner car when needed and will always return calls when I have questions or concern knowledgeable.
