This place is a rip off. First off, they told me 633 plus fees and taxes over the phone, but when I showed up, they tried to get me to sign a 795 plus fees/taxes estimate. Wh First off, they told me 633 plus fees and taxes over the phone, but when I showed up, they tried to get me to sign a 795 plus fees/taxes estimate. When I said something, they just changed the price no problem. huh? 700 dollars to "service" my transmission and when I returned, all they did was flush it. No filter change, no cleaning the magnet in the pan. First, they talked to me like I was stupid and tried to tell me the transmission is sealed. When I pointed out there is a filter and a pan gasket for it, they then said they just don't change filters anymore. Before I paid and left, they told me I have 100000 mile warranty, gave me a paper with a 10000 mile aftermarket warranty that pays 2000 if your transmission goes out. Worthless. They also recommended replacing my (new) front brakes, spark plugs and serpentine belt, which is nowhere near required per Lexus. This service dept preys on people who don't know any better. While I was waiting to talk to the manager I heard someone else fighting with a service advisor who admitted the quote was wrong in the first place and offered a discount. Lastly, they charged a 50 dollar shop fee, so I guess they are using fine middle eastern rugs to clean up after? Now I remember why I quit going to dealerships for service. More
