I wanted to take a moment to share my feedback on my recent experience- Thien was the absolute best to work with and has even since gone out of his way to get me an item I left inside my trade in, wit recent experience- Thien was the absolute best to work with and has even since gone out of his way to get me an item I left inside my trade in, without inconvenience to me. He was communicative and extremely knowledgeable on the car the entire sales conversation. I didn’t share with him I had recently been personally referred to an advisor at Westside Lexus whom I’ve met with a spoken to twice. That person has been with Lexus sales for 38 years and I can’t even begin to explain the bad/dtrange experience I had. After that, I found the GX at southwest on a whim searching online, called and Thien answered - the rest is history.
