I had a smooth and professional experience at Lexus of Southwest Houston. The staff ( Donavan Thomas) was friendly, patient, and answered all my questions throughout the process. The place is really clean and the personnel are helpful especially Ms Mirra, my service advisor. When I got my loaner car, the gas is not filled up. I have to spend more for gas before I returned the vehic especially Ms Mirra, my service advisor. When I got my loaner car, the gas is not filled up. They messed up my seat belt alarm chime settings while I brought the car in for safety recall. When they couldnt fix it the way it was when I left my vehicle, they made excuses that this is how it is in the brought the car in for safety recall. When they couldnt fix it the way it was when I left my vehicle, they made excuses that this is how it is in the model year of my car. I have been driving this vehicle for 4 years and know how & when the buzzer is activated, but for them it didnt matter. They werent tired of making one excuse after other and totally ignored my complaints that they messed up my car’s seat belt alarm settings. The service director was totally unhelpful. I will reach out to lexus to being this issue, not sure how much that will help More
