Mr. Marlon Romero is the best thing that has ever happened to Lexus. I've had issues in the past and used to dread going to this place for maintenance because, deep down, I knew I wasn't going to re happened to Lexus. I always felt like they were doing me a favor by taking care of me. But Marlon changed the game. He was courteous, very respectful, and kind. He made me feel welcome. So, thank you, sir! I also want to mention the staff at the valet drop-off line. They are the unsung heroes. They are always very attentive and awesome!
