Got the absolute worst customer service from a person named Nguyen in the pre-owned department. Came in interested in a IS350 and he handed me the price and I was asking why the PRE-OWNED IS350 was the s named Nguyen in the pre-owned department. Came in interested in a IS350 and he handed me the price and I was asking why the PRE-OWNED IS350 was the same price as a new IS350 and he told me it was because they have no new cars? What does that have to do with a used vehichle with mileage, not only that it smelled like weed and has broken parts (AC VENT) and minor scratches. If I wanted new I could go up to northside Lexus and get one TODAY. Then he said "You can wait 2 months if you would like or you could buy this vehicle but we don't haggle with customers" in a very condescending voice. Overall I would've probably bought the car if there was a slight price change and better customer service but I did not feel attended to at all and it felt like an absolute money grab and like he did not really care about selling the car to me because I didn't look the part. More
