Back then it was the typical high-pressure, fast-talking salesman experience, which at the time was a huge turn-off. Albie was very laid back from the start. No pressure and very patient with all our questions and requests. Made the buying experience very easy. Mo the finance guy was likewise very professional. Explained everything without patronizing. Presented all of the usual "add-ons" but didn't push too hard. We did end up purchasing an extended warranty, though. More
