My name is Siraj Jiwani- I came in for alignment for my 2024 Lexus RX350H - the price quoted to me was $169. . Subsequently, a shop charge of $27 was added. When I questioned why it was not informed to me before, my request was dismissed as the advertised price had a fine print that excluded shop supplies. When asked to provide details what supplies, if any, was used, the response was that some rags etc were used and, by policy, a flat fee of $27 was charged, when I further questioned why this policy was not explained and informed to me as I would have had an opportunity to get the work done outside of Lexus - There was some mumbling that seemed like the Service Manager was agreeing to this lack of transparency that he would address with his staff - the price at Midas and Good Year is nearly 40% cheaper than what was charged to me.
