Thank you for sharing your comments. I apologize that we were not able to wash your vehicle during your service visits. We did suspend the complimentary wash during the peak of the COVID pandemic but have since resumed the service. Unfortunately, we had problems with our car wash conveyor system which took some time to resolve. Our entire conveyor system was replaced this week and we should not have an issue going forward.
