I recently bought a pre-owned 2020 Acura from this dealer and requested an extended warranty. The price was higher than expected but I was talked into including the price in the loan. Less than a week later I changed my mind and made a written request to cancel to the Finance Mgr and General Manager. Neither had the courtesy to respond. I now find I signed a non-cancellation contract. Shame on me and shame on them for not fully explaining the terms. I’m now a dissatisfied customer who will tell everyone I know about this unscrupulous dealer. More

Worst experience at the dealership where we have brought the same vehicle 5 times to them for the same issue that they have not been able to resolve. The service director, Larry Miller, and service manager the same vehicle 5 times to them for the same issue that they have not been able to resolve. The service director, Larry Miller, and service manager Paul Zapata, both raised their voices at us when we brought our Lexus to get it fixed due to a defective screen. They are saying that they have to repeat the same process again that they did the three other times that they looked at the car. They were very rude, condescending, demeaning and had a very unprofessional attitude. I would not recommend taking business there for service work. More

This dealership used to be top-notch it gradually went down over the years we’ve been getting our car service here for well over 15 years now and have purchased over 10 vehicles from this dealership Yet down over the years we’ve been getting our car service here for well over 15 years now and have purchased over 10 vehicles from this dealership Yet recently time after time we have been getting ripped off the service department has downgraded their quality recently had three car service there and I had issues with all three of them the service reps were very unprofessional and did not treat me like a Lexus customer I wouldn’t even trust this dealership to wipe my windshield at this point that’s how bad of a job they did I wasted $1200 getting one of my car serviced here just to have a breakdown on the side of the highway when I had a towed back to them they told me that something else went wrong even though they gave me a report stating that the only issue my car had what is the starter but all of a sudden it’s the alternator and 10 other things I don’t believe that they take the time to actually work on these cars and the staff are absolutely some of the worst people I’ve had to deal with. Save your time just go to clear choice Lexus or north side Lexus or any other dealship where they will value you and your car More
Management doesn’t take no responsibility for the mistake. I took the vehicle to check what is going on with its rattling noise. Technician checked and said nothing is wrong with it. I went to road trip , in the middle of my trip car broke down, service manager is saying like nothing wrong with it, when they checked. Actually the rattling sound was ,due to water pump issue. They don’t want to take no responsibility. If they take responsibility, they have to pay the repair cost. Look like vey inexperienced people work there More

I have purchased several vehicles from Sterling McCall and never had a bad experience. Most recently, I purchased a vehicle from Sterling McCall Lexus in Houston and although I ended up returning the veh and never had a bad experience. Most recently, I purchased a vehicle from Sterling McCall Lexus in Houston and although I ended up returning the vehicle the customer service was amazing. Ray and Hong were very nice and accommodating. Also, the young lady I worked with in Finance (regrettably I can’t remember her name) was very personable and efficient. I highly recommend all Sterling McCall dealerships. More
I called Ellen Morgan (Pre-Owned Lexus) 2 weeks ahead, to help me surprise my wife with a RX350 for her birthday. Ellen was very responsive and helpful to make this happen being that I was driving almost 4 h help me surprise my wife with a RX350 for her birthday. We live 180 miles from Sterling McCall, but they had a car we were interested in. We traveled down to see the car and it had not be prepped yet, but we went ahead and made the deal with the agreement tha car we were interested in. We traveled back down on Saturday ( days later) to pick up the car after informing the Salesman, Jimmy Ouquin, that we would be there at 1100. We arrived and waited 30 minutes for the salesman. When we went out to pick up the car it was dirty. We looked past the problem and took it dirty. We drove home and did not drive it again until Sunday. This is a Murano Premium so has all the bells and whistles and we wanted to learn how to operate everything. Upon checking there was not owner's manual. I contracted Jimmy and told him I needed the manual and he proceeded to tell me how a lot of cars don't come with them and I could download one from online. I told him I really didn't want to try to put 200 pages of downloaded information into my glove compartment, would he please try to locate the manual. A day later I got a TEXT saying they couldn't find the manual. I ended up spending $125 for a set of manuals. We hadn't driven at night so when we did we discovered that the intelligent light switch did not work and automatically dim the lights. Now we are in for replacing that at a cost of a little over 250 dollars. So far I am into the car for $375 in three days. I went to Lexus due to their reputation. The quality of service evidently does not extend to this dealer. I wish I had read the reviews on Dealer Rater before buying from Sterling McCall. My advice is the pass and got to another dealer unless you want problems. More
