My review is based on the add on. I was talked into buying the warranty that covers my windshield. Living in Texas and all the driving we do windshields break. So when I called to I was talked into buying the warranty that covers my windshield. Living in Texas and all the driving we do windshields break. So when I called to have service the company asked for a picture. Well when you send a picture the break is longer than 6 inches they will not replace it. That is wildly different that what were were told by the “add on person”. She said it would flat out replace the windshield no fuss no muss. LIES!! They refused to fix it or replace it. DON”T buy the warranty! When you call Sterling McCall they “can’t help me” it’s a third party company. I was sold snake oil… shame on you Sterling McCall Lexus! More
