Although I was told it would be 1-1/2 hrs. did feel that was quite long for only an oil change when on my last visit I had a full service check and it took about 2 hrs and 15 minutes. It was a pleasant surprised when I received the message at about and hour and 15 minutes. The 2-1/2 hours actually seemed a shorter period of time to me I guess because the advisor came out to check on me and to give me an update on the progress once my car went back and another one when it was almost ready. I really appreciated that so in that case that is the reason for my rating. More

I typically have an outstanding experience at this dealership but unfortunately, the most recent one fell short of expectations. I went in for an oil change and inspection and was provided a loaner ca dealership but unfortunately, the most recent one fell short of expectations. I went in for an oil change and inspection and was provided a loaner car. I arrived at 9 am on a Friday and was not contacted to confirm the work was completed. I reached out on a Saturday to find the work was for shed the day prior at 2 pm. In addition, the car was not washed as promised and there were pistachio shells in the console that the woman from the loaner department was kind enough to clean despite not putting them there. I will give them another shot given that I have had positive experiences in the past but the latest was not one of them. More
