As it happens I was incorrect in saying the installation of the front license plate mounting bracket was done by y'all. After checking the original listing photos I see that the installation was on the car previously so i was inccor3ct in my assumption. I have now been refunds both the two $1,000 amounts, so thank you for that. I am please with the car, and glad we could all work through the issues together. thank you for your help. Jeremy.

Thank you for your msg. I received a call from Crystle Riles informing me how to cancel part of the $5584.00 I paid for an extended warranty. I was told the $2061.00 “Resistall” warranty was not cancelable because a sealant was applied to the car and windshield. However, this was decided and signed fifteen minutes before we drove away. We were given a box of Resistall sealants as a “gift”. The only evidence of the $2061.00 paid for. I respectfully request a refund in this amount as part of canceling the Resistall 360deg Protection. We brought the car back to Sterling McCall based on Larry’s feedback. They reviewed the car and created a ticket with Lexus technical team. After a few weeks, they said they resolved the issue and gave the car back to us. Less than 1 week later, the car has the same issue again. We called Larry Miller 7 times last two weeks to get support and guidance. 5 times Kyla answered and said that she would convey the message to him and have him call back in a few minutes. 2 times we have left him direct voicemails. All 7 times he has not returned our call. This is not how you treat your customers and it’s a disappointment that they won’t step up to help out a customer who had brought the car for service for the same issue 6 times already.
