Service takes too long, to log in and to get car when it’s ready. I arrived for a 2:30 appt at 2:28. There were so many cars waiting, it took 15 minutes before anyone came to me car. When I was told my it’s ready. I arrived for a 2:30 appt at 2:28. There were so many cars waiting, it took 15 minutes before anyone came to me car.
