I’ve had my Lexus GX for 3 years and have never had any issues with the service team. This particular time I’m not sure what is going on in the department but I have had an awful experience. The communication with my consultant Dennis has be terrible. They have had mr vehicle now for 9 days. Within that time I have called daily for updates and only 2 calls have been returned. We were directed to the service director Jesse who promised to update us and never did. My calls are going unanswered or returned. When I tried to halt all further repairs 3 days ago, I was told the repairs had been completed but there was a defective part that needed to be replaced so I could not pick it up yet. I am very disappointed in the service I have received and they are not aligning with the Lexus brand. More
