I recently purchased a 2023 NX SUV from this dealership and worked with salesman, Mr. Fred Forshey. I have bought many makes and models of cars in the past from various dealerships throughout the Greater Houston area and Fred Forshey is by far the best salesman I have ever encountered and worked with. Fred Forshey was very friendly, honest, patient and very helpful throughout the entire car purchase. He has excellent communication skills by phone and email and kept me informed on the vehicles I was interested in throughout the entire process. Fred explained to me all my options and what worked best for me. I will be buying my next vehicle from this dealership on my next car purchase in the future, and I will be recommending friends and family to this dealership as well. I have never purchased a new vehicle and the battery goes dead 24 hours after purchase. I called Lexus roadside for help no one showed up had to get a jump to make it home. Then called roadside assistance ag dead 24 hours after purchase. I called Lexus roadside for help no one showed up had to get a jump to make it home. Then called roadside assistance again and was told because I moved locations that’s why no one showed up. To top things off the service drive manager the next morning when I showed up to the service department after my second car jump to get there said “there is nothing I can do about the roadside assistance you received but moving forward we will take care of you. I received another battery but I am having a very hard time appreciating his customer service “Patrick S.”(Service Drive Manager) This should have never happened a dead cell within 24 hours of purchase . NOT A GOOD FEELING OR LOOK FOR A NEW CUSTOMER TO HAVE BEEN STRANDED IN A NEW CAR BECAUSE OF A BATTERY!! More
I tried to buy a 2022 Lexus NX 350h from Fred Forshey using Car Pro starting November 19, 2021. On January 16, 2022, Mr, Forshey finally took a deposit and told me he could take a loaded car out of their using Car Pro starting November 19, 2021. On January 16, 2022, Mr, Forshey finally took a deposit and told me he could take a loaded car out of their allocation and just change the color. He said it would not be a special order and would take 1 to 1 1/2 months to get. After not hearing from Mr. Forshey for over a month I contacted him and he basically told me to quit contacting him and would let me know when the car came in. On March 30, 2022, Mr. Foshey contacted Car Pro and told them my order was canceled he didn't even have the courtesy to contact me. I contacted Mr. Forshey and he said all special orders were canceled including mine. He return my deposit and said he couldn't do anything else. Mr. Forshy did not communicate with me very well and strung me along about the car. I am now working with another dealer to buy a Lexus NX. More

SHE TOLD MY HUSBAND AND I TO WAIT A FEW FOR THE BANK TO APRRVE BUT WAITED ALMOST 3 HRS TO LET US KNOW THAT THE SYSTEM SHUT DOWN TO GO BACK SAT MORNING AND SHE WILL GIVE US A CALL JUST TO SIGN AND AGAIN THE WORD EASY AND EVERYTHING READY, WAITED FOR THE CALL FINALLY 11AM SHE TOLD ME THAT SOME WAS WRONG WITH MY FINACIAL AND SAY THAT I HAVE TO GIVE DOWN PAYMENT WHICH I SAY NO BECAUSE FRIDAY I ASK AND SHE TOLD ME IF U DONT WANT TO, YOU DONT HAVE TO GIVE DP SO PLUS ASKED AS WELL FOR MONTHLY PAYMENTS AND SAY AROUND 500 OR SO WHICH I WAS OK WITH IT, BUT WHAT HAPPPEN SAT MORNING CALLED AND SAY EVERYTHINGS READY YOU CAN COME TO GET YOUR TRUCK WAITED AGAIN 3 HRS WHEN I WAS WITH PETER THE FIANCIAL GUY TOLD US A DIFFEREN MONLTY PAYMENT WHICH JOANA NEVER MENTIONED AND MY HUSBAND AND I COULDNT SAY NO BECAUSE WE WERE GONNA LOST THE $1,000 THAT WE GAVE HER TO HOLD THEW TRUCK, NEVER BUT NEVER I TOLD HER THAT I WANTED TO GIVE MY MONEY FOR DOWN PAYMENT AND MY HUSBAND ASKED PETER IF I GIVE DOWN [PAYMENT HOW MUCH MONEY THE MONTHLY PAYMENT WOULD GO DOWN AND PETER SAY FOR EVERY $1,000 WILL GO DOWN $15 DOLLARS WHICH WE SAY WELL THATS NOT MUCH SO NO WE ARE NOT GOING TO GIVE NO DOWN PAYMENT, FINALLY WE SIGN AND AFTER SIGNING JOANA WAS GONNA GIVE US THE $$$$ BACK BUT SHE SAY ITS LATE AND THEY ARE BUSY U ARE GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER HRDS AND TOLD US YOU CAN COME BACK MONDAY MORNING AND GIVE UR MONEY WE WERE OK WITH THAT, JOANA CALLED ME TODAY (MONDAY) AND SHE TOLD ME THAT I TOLD PETER THAT WE WANTED TO GIVE THE $1,000 FOR DOWN PAYMENT WHICH WAS A BIG LIE WE NEVER SAY THAT AND I WENT DIRECTLY TO THE DEALER TO SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER ADMN AND HE SAY THAT NO ONE TOLD HIM THAT ABOUT THE DOWN PAYMENT AND NOW I HAVE TO GO BACK WITH MY HUSBAND TO REEDO THE CONTRACT AND PLUS MY MONTHLY PAYMENT WENT UP AND I KNOW HE IS GOING TO TELL ME THAT MY TOTAL WENT UP AS WELL !!!!!!!! WHY IT IS SO HARD TO EXPLAINT AND BE SO CLEAR WITH THE CUSTOMER INSTED LIE PLUS THEY JUST TROW THE BALL TO EACH OTHER THATS A SHAME. ONLY TO GET SALE YOU DO ALL THIS THATS NO PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. I HAVE PROOF THAT THE CONTRACT DOES NOT SAY DOWN PAYMENT. WASTE YOUR TIME IN A REAL DEALER WHERE THEY ARE GOING TO BE CLEAR AND NOT LIE IN YOR FACE JUST TO INSURE THE SALE.
