My Service Advisor, she is amazing. Plus first time in my life, they came up to me for provide a loaner car while getting serviced. I told the guy, “im not paying for a rental car, till this is figured out with my warranty and they cover it ” he said “sir, it’s a loaner, we don’t charge you”. I was in shock. It was the shortest time we have ever spent buying a car and on a busy Saturday. Our sales agent, Fizza, was informative not only in answering all of our questions but also in showing us the features of the vehicles we were interested in. She didn’t hurry us, make us wait, or put any sort of pressure on us, and she checked in with us days later to make sure everything was going well with our new vehicle. If Sterling McCall also comes through when we need service we will be Lexus customers with this dealership for life. We shall see but we are hopeful. More
