I’ve had my Lexus GX for 3 years and have never had any issues with the service team. This particular time I’m not sure what is going on in the department but I have had an awful experience. The communicat issues with the service team. This particular time I’m not sure what is going on in the department but I have had an awful experience. The communication with my consultant Dennis has be terrible. They have had mr vehicle now for 9 days. Within that time I have called daily for updates and only 2 calls have been returned. We were directed to the service director Jesse who promised to update us and never did. My calls are going unanswered or returned. When I tried to halt all further repairs 3 days ago, I was told the repairs had been completed but there was a defective part that needed to be replaced so I could not pick it up yet. I am very disappointed in the service I have received and they are not aligning with the Lexus brand. More

Feel I need to upset and angry, but just not existent. Again, best experience ever. I own several cars, domestic dealers. It’s a a headache every single time I go in. My Service Advisor, she is amazing. Plus first time in my life, they came up to me for provide a loaner car while getting serviced. I told the guy, “im not paying for a rental car, till this is figured out with my warranty and they cover it ” he said “sir, it’s a loaner, we don’t charge you”. I was in shock. Literally, the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with. More
