It's too difficult to get anyone on the phone (or to call you back) unless you have their direct cell phone #. It took me 10 days of calling, talking to different people, just to get an appointment for repairs, b/c as advised by Adam - my vehicle would need to be put into diagnostics as well as a part ordered, so a loaner vehicle would be necessary. Apparently, providing a loaner was a problem for Lexus, which is the first time in 30 years of my doing business w/the corporation. How many days & how many people does it take to get my vehicle in & pay your corporation to do repair work????? Also, the people you do get a hold of on the phone are of NO HELP at all, they just continue to transfer you to phone lines that have voicemail & nobody calls you back. All of this takes entirely too long to get your business done, which wastes our time, & IT'S ALL BENEATH WHAT THE LEXUS CORPORATION USED TO & STILL SHOULD STAND FOR. Whatever changes were made do not serve the customers well. More
